COVID-19 Store Policy

BarkFurJoy has gone through a deep clean prior to opening and we remain committed to keeping our store sanitized and safe for everyone.  Here are some of the things we will be doing to keep our employees and customers safe:

 

• Hand sanitizer is available at our store entrance and customers and employees must sanitize their hands upon entry.

 

• Although not mandatory, we request customers wear a mask when arriving.

 

• All high touch surfaces, including POS, PIN pads, and door handles will be sanitized after each use.

 

• Reception staff will always greet customers wearing a face mask and sanitize hands before interacting with anyone.
  

 

• Only 1 customer will be allowed in the store at anytime and must stand in marked designated spots to follow social distancing guidelines.

 

• We kindly request that only one family member arrive to drop off and pick up their animal. Only one customer per dog will be allowed in the store.

 

• Staff will be required to regularly wash their hands and sanitize throughout the day to ensure everyone’s safety.

 

• No walk-ins will be allowed for the time being, and we will be working by appointment only. 

 

• Designated drop off times will be given to customers to ensure proper flow of customers arriving and to give store employees enough time to sanitize everytime a customer leaves.

 

• We will gladly re-schedule any appointment if a customer falls ill or comes in contact with anyone who has been sick with Covid-19.  We kindly request if you are feeling ill or have travelled within the past 14 days, you call us and re-schedule to ensure the safety of everyone at BarkFurJoy.
